Refund Policy

No refunds

All payments made for energy healing sessions and related services are final and non-refundable. Once a session fee is paid, it cannot be refunded, in full or in part, regardless of the outcome of the session.

Energy healing is a spiritual, experience-based service. Each person's experience is unique, and results are neither promised nor guaranteed. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this.

Rescheduling

• If you cannot attend a booked session, please inform us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to reschedule your session to a mutually convenient time at no extra charge.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed sessions without prior notice, may be treated as completed and the fee forfeited, at our discretion.

Cancellation by us

If Tapaswi needs to cancel or cannot conduct a session you have paid for, you will be offered a rescheduled session. If no alternative time works for you, a refund for that session will be made — this is the only circumstance in which a refund is issued.
