By using abundanccewithtapaswi.com or booking a session with Abundancce with Tapaswi ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. Please read them before booking.
1. Nature of services
Important: Energy healing is a complementary, spiritual practice. It is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional healthcare. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe or adjust medication, or advise against professional treatment. If you are managing a medical or mental health condition, please continue working with a qualified professional.
Sessions include energy healing, chakra balancing, distance healing, Lamafera healing, Maa Kali healing, and abundance activation, conducted in person or remotely.
2. No guarantee of results
Every person's experience of energy healing is unique. While many clients report positive shifts, we make no promises or guarantees about specific outcomes — physical, emotional, financial, or otherwise.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Sessions for minors are only conducted with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Booking and payment
- Sessions are booked via WhatsApp or email and confirmed once payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
- Fees are communicated before booking and may change from time to time; the fee agreed at booking applies to that session.
- All payments are non-refundable as set out in our Refund Policy.
5. Rescheduling and conduct
- Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice, as described in the Refund Policy.
- We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services to anyone, at our discretion, including for abusive or inappropriate conduct. Any unused, unstarted session fees in such cases will be handled reasonably and in good faith.
6. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own health decisions. You agree that you participate in sessions voluntarily, and that you will seek appropriate professional care for medical or psychological conditions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any session or use of this website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the session concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, and branding — belongs to Abundancce with Tapaswi and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
